Located on level two of our grandstand, our conference rooms have direct lift access and no steps or ramps, so the event is accessible for everyone. Parking is also provided free of charge to all guests and we have large, spacious disabled parking spots close to the entrance.

Corporate workshops and team meeting rooms for hire
Our meeting and conference rooms are available for hire during the week and on weekends with easy access from our car park. Our meeting rooms are also available for inspection on weekdays between 9 am – 5 pm by appointment.
In addition to the function and meeting room spaces on the corporate floor, we offer more intimate and private rooms without the distractions of the outside world. These rooms are located on the ground floor and offer an inclusive space which is perfect for workshops and training sessions up to 30 guests.
If your event has heavy visual content, we can arrange blackout drapes to cover the windows of our meeting rooms or we can position the data screen and projector away from direct lighting. The Broadmeadow Room also has four sections which can be divided or combined based on the size of the group. This is helpful for corporate events where different aspects of the business or the meeting needs to be addressed separately.
