Located on level two of our grandstand, our Newcastle conference venues have direct lift access, so the event is accessible for all guests, whether they’re team members, business partners, or contacts. Parking is also provided free of charge to all guests and we have large, spacious disabled parking spots close to the entrance.

Accommodating Newcastle conference venues with AV equipment for hire
Our meeting and conference rooms are available for hire during the week as well as on weekends - plus, our rooms are available to inspect during the week between 9am and 5pm, so you can get a feel for the venue. Please note, we offer inspections by appointment only.
In addition to the function and meeting rooms on the corporate floor, we also have private rooms far from the distractions of the outside world. These smaller, more intimate rooms are located on the ground floor and are ideal for workshops and training sessions for up to 30 guests.
If your event has heavy visual content, we can arrange blackout drapes to cover the windows, or we can position the data screen and projector away from direct light. The Broadmeadow Room, one of our most popular and sought after rooms, also has four sections which can be divided or combined based on the size of your group. This is perfect for corporate events where different aspects of the event need to be addressed separately.

Our Merewether Room is perfect for award ceremonies. Our largest function space, the Merewether Room is located at the southern end of the Andrew Johns Grandstand and joins onto the Members Bar where guests can order pre-dinner drinks and canapes (on request - additional fees may apply).
With wall to ceiling windows and a breathtaking view of the football field, the grandstand, and the Western Precinct, your event will have an extra exclusive atmosphere.
