Looking for a unique conference venue in Newcastle? McDonald Jones Stadium offers a variety of conference room spaces, suitable for a variety of events such as team-building sessions, seminars and presentations.

Our well-appointed spaces utilise the abundant natural lighting and feature the outstanding view of the grandstand and field. Our Newcastle conference venues are located on level 2 of our grandstand, with direct lift access and no steps or ramps, making our venue accessible for all. Parking is also provided free of charge to all guests.

Flexible conference rooms customised to your needs

AV equipment is available for hire in addition to your package requirements including data projector and screen, plasma TVs, whiteboards, microphones and PA systems.

We offer a half and full-day Newcastle conference venue packages for groups and day events or the option to select from a light lunch and tea break.

Our Newcastle conference venues are available for hire during weekdays and weekends with easy access from our car park. In addition to our conference venues, we also offer function and meeting room spaces on the corporate floor. These are located on the ground floor and offer an inclusive space which is perfect for workshops and training sessions up to 30 guests.

 

All of our Newcastle conference venues are available for inspection weekdays between 9 am – 5 pm by appointment. Our dedicated events team will work with you to assist in making the most of our rooms and ensure every element of your event works cohesively so that the day runs smoothly.
