- Venue hire – use of the Broadmeadow Room or Merewether Room, depending on the size of the event
- Field access for photos – no high heels allowed (weather dependant)
- Balloon centrepieces for each table in your choice of colours

- 5 hour DJ package
- Lectern and microphone for speeches
- Data projector and screen for slideshow/presentations
- Security for 5 hours
- All linen, crockery, glassware and furniture including round tables (10 guests per table), bar tables and stools for arrivals area and lounges

- Grilled cutlet of veal; compote of roast potato, tomato, onion, garlic and rosemary, buttered snow peas, red wine jus
- Thyme and garlic marinated roast lamb rump, mash potato with chives, roast wild mushrooms, jus
- Tenderloin of beef, potato mash, buttered broccolini, jus
- Vegetable lasagne with a side salad (vegetarian, on request)
